Cutting process
Grinding machining methods, such as turning, milling, planing, etc., have the following characteristics:
(1) the grinding speed is very high, up to 35m ~ 20m per second, the grinding temperature is higher, up to 600 1000oC ~ C; the grinding process is very short, only about 1/1000 seconds.
(2) high machining accuracy and low surface roughness can be obtained during grinding.
(3) the grinding can not only process the soft materials, such as no quenching steel, cast iron and non-ferrous metals, but also can process the hardened steel and other tools can not process the hard materials, such as hard alloy, porcelain pieces, etc..
(4) the depth of cut is small, and the metal layer can be removed during a stroke.
(5) when the grinding process, the grinding wheel on a large number of fine grinding debris, and from the workpiece on a large number of metal scraps. Wear debris and metal debris will cause the operator's eyes to suffer, dust inhalation of the lungs will be harmful to the body.
(6) due to the grinding wheel quality is not good or bad, the choice of the specifications, the installation deviation, or to enter the speed is too large and other reasons, grinding may cause the grinding wheel, which lead to serious damage to workers.
(7) in the manual operation of a wheel near the rotating wheel, the worker's hand may be hurt by the other moving parts of the grinding wheel or the grinding machine if the cleaning method is not correct.
(8) the noise produced in the process of grinding can be up to 60dB above, if not to take measures to reduce noise, it will affect health.
